Entry Dates: May 18-June 4, 2011
How to Enter: Purchase your 12 Week New Physique Advocare products. (Product package information at www.sparkmomentum.com) Take 3 photos (two-piece swimsuit or sports bra & shorts for women, shorts for men) of you holding a current newspaper (full body front, full body back, and side views.) Take measurements and body fat % (most gyms will do this for FREE with a consultation). At the end of 12 weeks, do pictures, measurements, and body fat % again. Write an essay of 250 words or less of: How Advocare has transformed your life!
Register: Before photos and measurements must be sent to tonistoothoff@hotmail.com no later than June 4, 2011 at midnight. After photos and essay send to tonistoothoff@hotmail.com no later than August 26, 2011.
How do I win: Based on overall transformation and essay. Winner will be announced August 27, 2011
